Never had any problems in the last 6 years that I ran tons of EM equipment.
Well today when I got home as usual hug the dogs and kicking my boots off, I walked to the tank and my M1 was going on and off with 4 sec intervals.
Never changed my setting ever as this is on my lifereef skimmer.
Anyone have any idea why that is and is there a reset protocol for the Vectra M1?

Is it hooked to a apex by chance? I had the same problem and was told it was because of my apex. The pump ended up failing and was replaced by ecotech.

I run mine off of an APC battery back-up with no issues...knock on wood. Since it's the mother pump, I didn't want any variance issues in the sump.

Can you control the Vectras with an APEX? I haven't heard about an interface being released yet.

I had it figured out with Tim from EM.
New pump on the way but with my spare pump we tried the power supply first and that was out of whack.
Installed the new power supply and KABOOM works like a chime.
I have M1 Vectra's on two of my lifereef skimmers, two L1 as return pumps one on the DT and the other on FS.
As I have a M1 as back up as well as a L1 for return.
Never had any issues with this and I think I have to deal with cross wiring from my outlets as that will damage just the power supply from the equipment.
Tony Vargas and me had a very long conversation about this that 50% of the homes the outlets are cross wired.
