This is my first tank getting back into the reef hobby after 15 years. I was able to pick up this tank and stand from Craigslist from a nice guy and his family an hour away.
I would like for this to be a true mixed reef, SPS toward the top, euphilliya wall to the left, acans and blastos on the right under a ledge, chalices on left bottom and mushrooms/ricordea right bottom. I would eventually like clams and platygyras on the bottom center rock.
First setup with additional rock with the black ocellaris, YWG and pistol shrimp.

First couple of zoanthids

Equipment list:
JBJ ato with kalk for top off
JBJ thermostat with titanium heater
Jaebo DCT 6000 return pump run at 30% with spin stream nozzles on returns
Maxspect razor 180 watt with 2 retrofitted T5, coral + and purple +
IM midsized reactor with carbon and gfo
InTank baskets filled with marine pure balls on the left and a chaeto fuge on the right with led plant growth spot light
Mce400 protein skimmer from Adam at battlecorals
Polyfilter in the InTank towers
2 Maxspect gyres, one horizontal in the top left of the tank aimed at the surface ; one vertical in the back right corner

FWIW, I apologize in advance for the lack of photography skills, everything is shot with a cell phone camera.

FTS about 3 1/2 months in

Stock list at the time:
Black Oscillarus Clown
Scott's fairy wrasse (didn't know how nasty it got)
Exquisite wrasse
Yellow Watchman goby
Pistol shrimp
Neon goby
Yellow head sleeper goby (a total sand terrorist after 2 months that would sail to the top of the tank and rain sand down on everything)
Possum wrasse
2 firefish
2 fire shrimp
3 peppermint shrimp

Some full tank shots 6+ months ago. Everything was happy euphilliya sprouting buds, acans new heads

Sorry it's been awhile but this tank is coming down in a few months for my new 180 reef savvy.
I had a crash around late July or August.

Looks good!

I was frustrated to no end. Huge thanks to Adam from @Battlecorals
He worked with me for weeks and found out it was too much gfo. Pulled my reactor and most things started to recover.

It's been a while, but this will be the final update. This tank is being broken down and incorporated into my 180.
