Update time again ....
Well first ,since adding the nero5 I've noticed my torches dont have long tentacles anymore ...I've swapped my pumps around too try and maximize my flow....
Next and this one is for Freddie @GoVols .. I've bought this too try ...hoping to get more colour out of my corals

Have you tried this yet Freddie...you were always a big red sea fan .

Just got an email from Red Sea USA for the AB+, but have not seen it in the US at this point.

Think you can have some of the AB+ outside of the refrigerator for up to seven days.

Still got almost two full 500ml bottles to go on the original formula.

Well I must say I'm very happy and pleased...both with the new settings on the kessils and the redsea reef energy plus ...tank is responding beautifully....

I can definitely recommend it ....I love my new kessils ....currently running them at
Blues 20% max
Intensity now 85% ...
Purple 100%
Reds 20% max
3hr ramp up 6hrs peak 3hrs ramp down ..but working towards 8hrs peak eventually

So I've been helping a friend upgrade from a 90g too a 180g .. we revised the stand..and got it all set up ..made a dry room ..did a Herbie overflow built a manifold .

And I built his rockscape for him ...very pleased with the result...and seeing the big smile on his face when we were finished was totally worth it

Also added another rockflower to my collection now have 9 in total

And here's the new one next too one of mine

Very happy with my tank ...everything is growing like mad again...doubled my Triton dosing over the last couple of weeks ...went ftom 6ml per day too 12ml ....and I'm sure it's down too the redsea reef energy plus ....

Unfortunately I had to let my best friend and companion of nearly 20years be put too sleep 2 days ago ...my cat buffy .. I'm heartbroken...but she was old and in pain .. she died in my arms at the vets I'm devastated....strange how I have more affection for animals than i do for people ...

Me I've not been doing so well last few months . Been suffering with depression and anxiety and panic attacks....I'm on sleeping tablets and antidepressants, been off work a couple of months too..and now this ...but I'm getting help and my family are very supportive...but it's hard ...sometimes I just want too give up on life ..which is why .I'm not on here as often anymore .maybe i shouldn't post this here ...
