What's a good day to go? Fri/Sat/Sun? 1st day always free stuff I guess I will arrive Sat morning at 9am and leave on a flight back at 7pm.

If it helps your decision, from reading through the RAP threads, the best deals are had on Sunday as the vendors try to lighten the load of stuff they have to load up.
