Macro-50 HOB skimmer

Ok guys so I got me a HON skimmer. Yes everybody knows this is my first salt tank so it is a budget build I just want to get the feel down for it all. But that aside I took this video of my collection cup. Is this how it should be or do I need to adjust water intake flow or water outage flow? It said on manual as long as normal water isn't over flowing? Please give your inputs and thoughts. Thanks

You want a bit less water height. You're going to find that at the current rate it fills up a lot quicker, so try to adjust it such that the bubbles are mainly staying in the tube at the top.
