Macro algae die off

My Caulerpa agae in my refugium has completely died off each time Ive done the last 2 water changes. What can be causing this?

What are your nitrate and phosphate readings? Are you lighting it?

I have a 37 gal with a 6 gal refugium. Only a damsel and 1.25 foot snowflake eel.

Phosphates at .3ppm Nitrates at 2ppm
