^^^^ very true..... there a heck of alot cheaper than coral also..... lol
i would have to say it would be great challenge to keep these plant's and corals in the same aquarium since one loves dirty water and other needs pristine conditions...:squigglemouth:

man, o man.. this is awesome... I've had a few of algae issues throughout my reefing adventures and this thread is just great... maybe one day, I can work on having a macro algae tank... some of those tanks look really nice... thanks for the write up... I'm sure many people will appreciate this sooner or later... I know I enjoyed browsing through it... and will reference it when I come across a macro algae I haven't encountered...

Holy thread resurrection! Haha.. this was 12 years ago! Red is the best for vegetative growth of any plant and or algae.
