Macro not sure on name, HELP

Here are a few pictures of the macro i bought a very long time ago. I dont know the name of it, and im curious. Any thoughts grows like crazy for me. Tomini cleaned up my display, which after fallow period it was overgrown, with picking off all i could every waterchange.
