Macroalgae for In-Tank Refugium

I watched the BRS video on making an in tank refugium and really like this idea for my 20 gallon tank, as I don't have room underneath for a refugium and like the idea of being able to see it. It will have a nice secondary effect of nutrient export as well. Any recommendations on a good macroalgae for this? I'm not sure cheato fits the display bill, and would like something that grows relatively quickly to get the nutrient export benefit. Thank you!

Caulerpa, it'll anchor and establish roots onto rocks/substrate. If left in DT, keep an eye on it and prune often as it can become invasive when left unattended.

I have found string of pearls to grow really fast and it is nice to look at, isn't invasive.

Caulerpa is really good at export but you need to keep it pruned and to its rock/area as it sends out runners all over. I like Caulerpa Prolifera. Seems less prone to dying back randomly.
