Macroalgae health

Can someone clue me in if I should toss this macroalgae or try to nurse it back to health. Is it dead?

Does it fall apart, or disintegrate, when you stir it? If so, I would say chuck it. If not I would try to nurse it back to health. What are your nitrate levels?

Not detectable nitrate levels and phosphate is .04

I would reduce the amount of that macroalgae by 1/2, I would also dose chaetogrow, nitrate and phosphate. I bet it comes back.
You probably don’t have much time though.
Edit: I am assuming that was red algae at one time.

Been dosing nitrate the past 2 days and already showing more color.
