very nice. Any tips or info on the build. Just finished up my 100g grow out tank. Have lot of extra acrylic and looking to build a sump and or fuge too....

The outside edges I get for gluing but when you have baffles and what not inside wondering how to do those exactly. what the order or guling is between sides and insides.

Thanks

WOW...that looks really good. Do you have any tips to share that would help others gain the confidence to build their own as well?

Thank you! We started with the bottom and the front panel ,then one side, then put the baffles in ,then onto the other side then the back ..kind of building from the front to the back so if there's over hang on the one side or back you can just clean that edge up with a router. It would be easier to make the cuts with a table saw but all we had was a router lol but it worked...also used a builders square to get everything lined up correctly..basically used electrical tape to hold the square to the side and bottom until the glue held

When you say "Glue" what did you use? Because you want to use Acrylic cement. It softens the acrylic and allows the molecules to join together. Glue won't hold it for long.

Didnt see where this question was asked, or your explination either. In your build pics, the second pic....after the tall acrylic (assumed to be the side wall) there is a space of acrylic there, looks to be a few inches worth. Is that functional?
