This is not an issue/problem at all. You are fine. All tanks cycle eventually. The additives are just to speed the process along.

NH3 levels would need to be above, IIRC, 6-8ppm before nitrifying bacteria stall/die off.

Dont worry about the live sand. I did the same as you, filled the tank with RODI water and slowly added salt to the sump. I knew that the live sand was pointless in the end, but I added a huge bottle of FritzZyme 9 after I dosed ammonia and I was cycled within a week. Everything is all good, just keep swimmin'

Not a 'fatal ' error.... dose the bacteria as others mentioned, and keep going. This will be a long ride with a few ups and downs along the way. You'll get this phase over with soon enough. Best...

Fatal error: raising salinity to 47ppt by using the wrong refractometer. Did that! RIP, my sluggish first snails...

You're supposed to add salt to the sump and not directly to the tank? I don't have any live rock in my tank only 4 pieces of dry rock. I want to add another piece of rock do you think i should get live rock? I added a bottle yesterday. It's just hard to be patient lol

I don't think it matters much whether the sump or tank. I figured it would be more diluted if I added it to the return area near the filter socks where there's high flow. I know exactly how you feel on the patience. I'm waiting for the ugly stage, and it's killing me waiting for it to start. I want my cleanup crew!

Do you have fish in your tank yet? or are you just doing corals?

It should always be diluted before adding because of precipitation in low flow areas, creates pockets of salinity increase that can hurt bacteria if using bio blocks in the sump and to prevent any build up. Yes it will not cause long term issues in any way though
