Mag 9.5 question

Hey everyone, I purchased a new Mag 9.5 about 2 months ago. The past week or so I have noticed it is much louder than it was originally and it isn't flowing the same. I've also noticed that if I restart the pump it quiets down. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
