Mag drive 12 question

I have a mag drive 12 and for some reason the impeller is spinning backwards I think. Water is being pushed out the intake. Any ideas on how to fix?

Have you checked to see if it blocked? So it coming out the front?

No not blocked its spinning. And yeah its coming out the front.

How old is the Mag drive? I've never seen this before. If it's new I'd take it back.

Have toy taken it apart? If it's older thats where I's start.

And you've restarted the Mag, to get it to reverse itself?

The pump is about two years old. I have other mag drives that have been running much longer. If you mean restart as in unplugged and plugged back in. yes.

I also have taken it apart. Nothing out of the ordinary. Cleaned it put out back together. Same.

Very odd. Every mag u have seen can operate in either r direction. There is a little rubber flap that changes direction. Unless you don't have a good seal on the housing.
