Mag/ Pond pump recommendations

Hey guys and girls, I need a recommendation on a mag pump for water changes. My water mixing station for my build (build thread HERE) is in our utility room at the bottom of our stairs (split foyer house). The fish tank will be at the top of the stairs in the living area, almost on top of the utility room/ mixing station. I need to go, say, 10' or 12' of lift on a hose about 25 feet long.

Anyone have any recommendations or have a similar setup? TIA

From my experience a mag drive 9.5 or bigger will work .

Most conventional pumps aren't going to pump that high. I think you'll have to spend $xxx to get the flow rate you'd expect.

Maybe consider an automatic water change system? That doesn't have to be high-speed, so folks use somewhat ordinary peristaltic pumps or something similar like a diaphragm pump.
