Magdrive pumps

Does anyone know if the dinar supreme mag drive 18 and 24 are the same except for impeller. I want to take out my 18 impeller and put in a 24. I think the base is the same.

Does anyone know.

I have a 210 display and want to use one pump to run return and re configure my sump. Just don't think I planned it out right and it could be more efficient.

Nope doesn't look like I can. I think it's time for a better pump anyways

IM sure the impellar housing is larger on the 24 as well as the impellar itself. I used to have a couple large Danner pumps but eventually traded them out for more reliable, less prone to leak, quieter external pumps. Now I dont use anything larger than a mag 12 pump for WC's and reactor feeds.

Duane Ya I realized that after I posted.
I have a 12 and 18 external to my sump but I want to go with one main return and go with just the 12 for my skimmer.
I just rearranged my drain lines I had both going into the sock but now I have one going to where the skimmer pump pulls from and not through the sock. I should have not had the pump return to tank but for now it does. Like I said I'm going to go with one return pump. Was looking at pan world or dart. Not sure what to get. The dart uses less wattage than the pan world. What ate you using?

I have an old old GenX PCX-55 return pump for the display and a mag 7 for my frag tank/reactor feed/ water change pump. They are both louder than anything I would use if my equipment was in the house.

Less noise would be nice. Mine are in a stand under my tank.

Looking at reflow snapper dart hybrid gold anyone have one? How well is it working for you. How well does it preform when you take the output from 1.5 to .75 returns
