I think appropriately "twss"“Julian’s thing”![]()
That CoralAmino is great stuff! I used to put 5 drops straight into the tank a couple of minutes before I fed the corals. Coral feeding response was incredible! Full PE on Favias, Montis, Micromussa, etc. before the food even hit the tank. Switched to AminOmega and it's nowhere near the response.
This is 100 percent deliberate and marketed towards our immaturity

I've got Benereef powder but I always mix it with Coral Cane or Coral Candy...Nice scores!
Let me know how the fish react to those benepets pellets, they're on my "considering" list but I didn't end up getting them because they weren't on sale with the other foods I got.
I mix their powder with stuff as well.I've got Benereef powder but I always mix it with Coral Cane or Coral Candy...
Ooh I am a sucker for teal coral!I've been busy. But here are the blue light special babies that I acquired. I did ask for a pink one, and Adam did not disappoint. Gave me 3 labeled "pink". Not all the colors I'm seeing are making it through to the pictures, and I'm not a photography expert here, just doing my best. But these are so amazing in person. Just take my word for it. This box definitely has mermaid vibes!
Pretty #1. So chunky, this was about an hour in my water. Definitely pink on top and teal and purple.

Pretty #2 Pink Millie. So pink. Even in the bag unpacking this thing is so pink. I wruv it. So. Much.

Pretty #3, this one is another chunky thing. And it did break the littlest nubbin in the bag, so I'm watching that open spot, top left, and I glued the nub to a plug also. Why not, right?

Pretty #4, showing pretty true to color, nice and teal and highlights bright blue/teal. Pops and looks pretty.

Pretty#5, so this one, I thought was bad in the bag, I initially thought the tips were peeling, upon closer inspection I realize it's the polyps were out. She's fine, looks great.

Pretty#6, so my phone did some weird post processing on this by itself. This one is on be back wall so it's harder to take pictures of. In person this one is great. Chunky structure, really saturated lots of green, nice chunky polyps. I need to move it and take better pictures.

All in all, my best coral purchase and definitely the best buying experience. 100% a fan. Thanks @Battlecorals
When you're ready for Acros, @Battlecorals is worth it!Ooh I am a sucker for teal coral!
shhhhhWhen you're ready for Acros, @Battlecorals is worth it!
Except what if they were asking what fish you WANT?I got an ask for a fish list on elfster, since I have 5 tanks and the list is larger than I thought elfster would let me reply to the question.
75g:
Tomini tang
Clownfish pair
Royal Gramma
6 line wrasse
Valentini puffer (new dude, just got him yesterday)
Flame hawk fish
2 Springeri damsels
Mandarin
Yellow watchmen goby
29g:
Snowflake eel
15g: (I was planning for this tank to house a frogfish, just haven't found one yet, all fish will be distributed to other tanks if I found one)
Tail spot blenny
Purple firefish
Neon goby (the tiny 1" cleaner type)
Blue velvet damsel
13.5:
Clownfish pair
Yellow watchmen goby
3g:
Dwarf seahorses
I think that's everybody. Plus the inverts of skunk shrimp, coral banded shrimp, blue tuxedo urchins, conch snails, various other snails and hermits spread across the tanks.
I truly love all the fish. Each one is special in thier own way, some because of personality, some because they are beautiful, some because they were part of the first group I've ever bought.
