How do you achieve crystal clear water?

All good with my tank....except phosphates I’m having trouble getting down. Pic below (but it’s closer to .25). All other parameters are spot on.

That being said, after months of Dino/Cyno/cussing, I’ve been looking good. Cutting back on feeding too.

So, for my 2 1/2yo tank 75gal with a marineland 300, Octopus 100 HOB, 50lbs of Rock and medium Bioload, what steps would you take to maintain crystal clear water?

I do weekly to bi weekly 10-20% water changes.

Vodka dose .4-.8 mil for a month now (no change)
And have used almost a few bottle of Phosphate-E with little change. It’s been on pic below for 2 mo.

I replace filter media monthly, and clean off weekly to every few days.

I use poly fill.

I’ll dump seachem clarifier in but only good for a day or so.

I don’t have room for a sump or refug.

Advice besides lower phosphate?

If everything is finally looking good after months of battling, I wouldn't be looking to change things up again.

I don’t want to change things up. Just putting the finishing touches on. Like wax.
But can understand if leaving alone is an idea too.

Crystal clear water is best done by filter socks and using ozone.
