Magician paly placement?

Hey does anyone have a magician paly that could tell me where they have it placed in their tank for best growth? Thanks

Mine does better in lower light, but I think there’s a couple of different morphs of magicians nowadays so mine very well could be different from yours

Yeah I had it in the middle spot in my tank, and I barely started to see little pieces of white underneath its head, so I lowered it all the way down. Just weird, when I got them about a month or two ago, I start all my ZOA's at the bottom and move them up in a weeks time. Well they loved this spot in the middle, and even grew another head in like 4 days. But back on the bottom and fingers crossed!! Thanks for the input guys
