Title sort of says it all. I have a mostly softie tank - LPS and soft corals, with only a couple of SPS. My Alk runs steady in the low 9's, and my Calc is fairly steady at 420. I dose Alk and Calc with a dripper, but only dose Mag as needed.

My question is: should I raise the Magnesium? If so, to what?

Id bump it up to 1300, this way if it falls its not too low. Use a balanced mag supplement

I have been using the B-Ionic Magnesium supplement. Is that a good choice? Also use the B-ionic for dripping Calc and Alk.

Thanks.

Yes, that's a fine choice. :)

I would bump the sg up first which would help increase all elements then check to see where to go from there.
