Hi Everybody!
Just wondering if any of you have ever used a magnet cleaner for cleaning the bottom glass of a reefer tank and if so which brand did you use? It will of course need to be strong enough to penetrate the base of the wooden stand, glass and foam padding and still have enough power to scrape coraline. I am running a bare bottom and put a lot of effort into lining the bottom of the tank with white vinyl to give optimum light reflection for the undersides of future corals so want to keep it as clean as possible. I have a floating reef scape which means using a traditional scraper really hard going. When it fills out with corals I think it would be almost impossible without damaging them using a normal scraper. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The strongest ones I can see in the UK are the aquamedic ones I think.
