With curved aquariums magnet cleaners will only work on the edges & should be a strong one because of this.

I have a Flipper. It works pretty good on my 120 gallon glass half cylinder aquarium. The scraper side not so much, unless turning around in angles but the duster side works well. I agree that the stronger the magnet the better.

Tunze nano works really well on my 54 quarter cylinder. You also don’t have to worry about substrate getting stuck between the magnet and glass.

So the tunze nano works good on half moon

Works good on my quarter moon. Lol. You have to think how tight the radius/bend of the tank is. If the curvature is really drastic, you might have to use a magnet designed like the Tunze horizontally. Mine works great used either direction while cleaning. Up and down and side to side.
