Magnetic stirrer just got it but doesn't work

ok so I just got this today and connected it to my doser. I have tried every port and did the activate manual override on ports 1 through 4. Nothing happens. I even tried the capsule directly on the unit and nothing spins. I assume this is a dude or what am I doing wrong? the Dosing container is a ddr. I was going to try to post on GHl page forum I have a register account but I can't type on there page still and I can't get authorization on there page.

the stirrer is model 2
my firmware is 1.35

ugh after an hour of searching on line and trouble shooting and just posting this I found an old post where from someone where you have to select the model now. unfortunately that is not in the video. I will leave the message above as hopefully someone from GHL will give me authorization to post on their site since I can't get authorization yet. same screen name.

I'm curious about a stirrer. But in theory it can stir all day. But when it sucked up in the tube. Of a 7ft long. By the time it doses it's no.lonfer stirred. So is stirrer worth it?

I don't own the stirrer but you can schedule stir times. Once the fluid is in the tube it should be "mixed" and not need to get stirred again.

You can also set it up with the REVERSE mode so it returns everything in the tube back to the reservoir after dosing.

Stirrers can be set to turn ON a few minutes ahead of a scheduled dose. You can also tell the system how long to run the stirrer for so by the time the dose happens, the fluid being pulled up is well mixed.

Evacuate Dosing lines after a dose has been done?

@Vinny@GHLUSA @Ditto Is there a way to evacuate a Dosing line after you have dosed something with the Doser 2.1? Similar to how the KH director doses the Sample line and then empties it.

@afish4u - if you are monitoring the dosing container volume you need to be aware with the current firmeware that the reversed amount will not be calculated.
