Magnets for 3/8" glass

I am ready to make some new frag and coral mounts and I need reef safe magnets. Now I know I asked this Q before but I can't find that thread.

I intend on experimenting with a plastic resin I saw on a video. I have seen the cost of resin frag racks and I believe I can do it cheaper and as well.

But what I need are the magnets.
If anyone has had good experience with magnets that are good for thick glass, your input is greatly appreciated!!!
