Trying to find some smaller reef safe magnets that I can put in the back of my AIO to mount a frag rack on my back wall. Are there any that are encased? Or can I cover some with epoxy and would do the trick?

I just used the regular ceramic ones Lowe’s/Home Depot. I coated them in plastidip first, but folks say it’s not really necessary. No issues.

Thanks for input on the ceramic magnets. Wasn't aware they was reef safe (debatable online) but everyone saying it's okay. Will probably grab a few since they are cheap and coat them for my sense of security lol

Ceramic magnets are reef safe, but also kind of wimpy. I use the neo magnets from here ….. plastic coated if submerged; rubber coated if not.
