Magnifica or Gigantea 'opinions'

Long story short I'm torn on which nem to get for my Perculas. I would like a Magnifica but I'm worried it will destroy my SPS colonies, my other thought was hopefully a Gigantea will stay down low near the sand bed. Attached are a few pics of my tank to give you a better idea of how much room I have left in my tank for a nem....If I get a Magnifica I was hoping it will stay put in the middle 15" down from the water line.

Anemones move so the sps is in play depending on what the anemone wants for flow and light. How about another tank for just your clowns and anemone? Add some macro algae and maybe some sponge and photosynthetic gorgonians.

Your current tank is very nice so why tip the balance?

I figured a Gig will roam the lower part of the tank if it were too, and another tank is a no go i don't want my house to look like a public aquarium.

Mag will definitely travel to the top one day. Carpet is a good choice, but they get too big too fast. I would suggest a high-end bubbletip instead, more color and smaller

Put the Mag on a pedestal so it can't move.

not interested in a bubble tip since it's not a host anemone for the Percula.

Haddoni has the potential to bull doze that nice looking rock work all over. Haddoni are like weight lifters. Your rock would just be a warm up. It will tip and topple and push it everywhere.

Gig might work if you had space to add a rock. Otherwise good luck getting it off the existing rock which they tend to come with and then guide to the proper spot. I have a feeling it will not cooperate long term.

Mag. Dunno. Never had one.

Just plop it in and who cares about the coral. Anemones are more awesome.

How about a torch, hammer, or frog spawn? My clowns hosted in one until I put a rose bubble tip in then they are I that now. But it is nuking my palys cuz it decided to move down 5 inches lol. Jerk.

thanks for the opinions but I will only host with a Magnifica or Gigantea since it is the Perc's true host.

Magnifica's are easier to come by but at a risk of it moving a lot but with my parameters and light I don't think I'll have that issue but I can wish and hope.

Gigantea's are harder to come by but I believe it will stay put on the bottom of the tank between the rock and sand but I can wish and hope.
