Hey reefers,

I am looking for a new prize fish and a magnificent fox seems like a good fit for my tank. Does anyone know any reliable websites where I can get a small magnificent foxface? I like to get them as babies and watch my fish grow. Also any other fish recommendations? I have a 75 gallon that isn't overstuffed with rock and I do have coral so it has to be reef safe but I do have room for a nice size fish. Thanks for all answers in advance

I'd be a little concerned about a magnificent foxface as an adult in a 75g... they get to about 9" and at that size need a bit more space... or are you angling for an upgrade? [emoji6]

Personally I'd go for a one spot (Siganus unimaculatus) if it's a foxface you're after... one of the smaller species but still got the foxface look.

This is true but I have found they are not the quickest growers and some don't reach 9" for years. They are a great fish, beautiful, great algae eaters, peaceful.

Liveaquaria if in stock, if you find one snatch it up. They are often out of stock. Feed them nori and algae based foods. Make sure he/she will have their own hiding spot they can be shy. Don't freak out when they go all dark and stuff looking and stuff, they just do that.
