Anyone find something that they like? Only ones of decent size / magnification are metal. Cheap metal that will rust all over my tank. Be nice for looking at incoming corals and inspecting random parts of reef life.

Looking for something 4x or more. Haven't had much luck finding anything.

buy some new glasses :)
buy an new camera :)
buy a webcam and hook it to the 52" dlp tv :)

never thought of a magnifying glass :D

I use one for inspecting incoming corals. but i've had it for ages and don't know who makes it. it is metal though. I just never get it wet.

I was looking into getting a jewelers magnifying glass, they are small, but powerful.

Right now im using a glass piece from an old school projector, works great.

I think that I got mine at Harbor Freight. It's cheap, plastic, and not too bad for our use. i wouldn't mind a stronger magnification, but for the price I paid, it's what it is.

on the ogles mesoscope can you put a camera thru the lenz and take pics might be a dumb question but wondering how they got there pics

in the harbor freight coupon book i just got they have a clip on double magnifing for your glasses overly cheep though...i thought about it since ill be going there soon for some other things i saw in that little book :)

I emailed them a long time ago and they said that they were working on that but I never got back to see what they did. I will have to check that out again, thanks for reminding me.
