Yeah, I ended up getting a bigger sump so I dont need it anymore but it creates great foam.

How deep of a tank do you need for this to work correctly?

Someone should jump on this with a 30 or under. Mine skims fantastic, it's just getting broke in and the micro bubbles are gone and it's so easy to dial in. Running mine about 7".
