Thanks to AustinAquaFarms, I got some new Acans in the mail on 8-25-20. First time ordering corals online and all I can say is, awesome. Corals came in unharmed, well packaged and well thought of for the life of the coral.

Each coral was individually vacuumed sealed and placed in a secondary vacuumed sealed bag. Not pictured, but also layered with peanut packing and foil with a cool pack, as it’s 100+ degrees in STX. Also included some polyp boost, which gave it extra points in my book. Acans were dipped in CoralRx and rinsed before going into QT. Acan on the right is Aussie Ultra Rainbow and the the other is Aussie Ultra. Not the best pics but I’m going to work on that. I will be doing more business with AAF, no only for the variety of corals but the customer service that was provided. I had ordered late in the afternoon and selected a Saturday delivery. I emailed AAF as I wasn’t sure if I was getting the delivery on that day or not. Matt Degutis of AAF promptly emailed me back and explained it was to late in the day and I would receive my corals on the next shipping date. He also refunded me the difference of what I paid for the Saturday delivery. A+

You gotta love good customer service.
