Hello there. I've been slow-rolling my livestock acquisitions, trying to use my LFS. But the stocking is going slow on their end. Who do you trust as the best in mail-order fishies? It's time to get stocked!

I don't want to bash any vendor in particular, but I will say that LiveAquaria is not as good as they used to be so I generally avoid them these days. I hear good things about pre quarantined fish but they can be pricy. I would read vendor reviews on the subforum

Do know the right subforum to query? Having issues navigating to the right place. :-/

CultivatedReef is the only online fish order I've done and they were great.

I just got in 2 mail orders.

ReefPro, good packaging/communication, healthy fish and decent pricing/auctions, they have a nice website too.

Dr Reef Quarantine fish, QT’d 14 fish for 6 weeks, 2 came DOA, sent pics & they responded very promptly regarding replacements.

Dr Reef!

Biota - aquacultured fish shipped direct from their facilities, so minimal disease risk and they’re raised on commonly available prepared foods.

Downside is somewhat limited stock, as many marine fish seem hard to breed in captivity at all, let alone economically.
