Mailing Address for Triton Samples?

Hello, fellow users of Triton's testing service, can anyone help me out here?

I sent my most recent sample off to Triton last week, but they never received it. I'm filing a missing mail request with USPS now, but they want the mailing address that it should be sent to if they find it and the label is damaged, and I don't have that information. Tried checking with my good friend, Google, but it brought up an old address, not the current one in Rancho Cucamonga. If anyone has a test kit that they haven't mailed back yet, would you mind typing in the mailing address here?

Never used triton test but i assure you one thing USPS missing post is a joke. I have filed it 3 times on. 3 separate occasions and all three times without any search they sent email saying they didnt find tge package and i can file it under insurance. All 3 times post made it to the addressee while USPS is telling me its still lost.

Yeah, it's a long shot, but better than just doing nothing. Shipping is a weird beast.

Don’t send to Rancho Cucamonga. Here’s a screenshot of the email Triton sent a couple days ago.

I also sent a sample during the time they were having difficulties. I mailed it. August 10, it was confirmed delivered August 15 and it is currently MIA... Nothing in their system... no further info.

Send an email to Triton at [email protected]. I mailed my last sample on 8/14, USPS showed delivered on the 17th. I reached out to Triton earlier this week and based on the dates, they didn't even want the tracking info or sample ID. They asked for my address and are sending me a new sample kit.

I got the email of change of address. If I where to guess old address couldn’t handle volume.
