Maintenance mode

For my waterchanges I have everything turn off except lights. My question is this. My skimmer is off during maintenance mode. But when I stop maintenance mode and everything turns on. The skimmer included. It turns on and overflows since the waterline in sump is high for a brief 20 seconds. Is there a way to have the skimmer turn on in like a minute delay after maintence mode? I tried to put skimmer option on the power outlet number 3 min delay on black out but that didnt work. Any ideas how to do this?

The blackout delay is for power outages, but not for maintenance modes.

I'm looking for an example, but it should be setting a Programming logic and assigning it to the outlet vice always on or something.

I can make it it's own maintenance like maintenance 2. And press both to do my water change. And then turn on 1 first then 2. But I figured there has to be a delay setting to have it turn on say 1 minute after maintenance mode is back off

Ya I'm a king of horrible sentences and grammar. I run on and on and on. Sad knowing my step mom is a English teacher and a published author. I probably make her sick when I text. Oh well

Oh programmable logic. I think I get it. I'll have to try to out Sunday. Set the outlet from ways on to program logic 1. ans in program login settings I put always on start delay 2 minutes. Hmm I'm excited to try this now.
