How long after removal, should I be in the clear, as far as any released spores growing into a visible nem? It looks like the lifecycle of the majano isnt very well known, but was more or less looking for some more experienced reefers thoughts.

Majanoes and aiptasia are sneaky little devils and can be very difficult to eliminate. I don't know how long you have to wait before you can relax the regular search for new anemones. My best guess is after a couple of weeks you can be hopeful, that is hopeful that a new one isn't growing on the back of a rock where you can't see it! After a month you can be pretty confident you've been successful.

Good luck.

They are indeed the devils spawn! Thanks for the reply as well.
