Majano or BTA?

Please help me to spot whether this is majano pest or green bubble tip anemone?

Thanks , i ve bought this named BTA from one of local reefer. Haven't growth much, but i do have three or four known Majano in display probably from a coral frag. Not quite sure this is also majano or not.

It potentially could be a GBTA......but it also could be something else you might not want.

Back around 2008 there where these little green anemones being sold as GBTA.....all over NJ. I purchased one, and shortly after, I had two. They never got big, and would split like rabbits on steroids. Before I knew it, I had over 50. Eventually found out they were Cribrinopsis crassa, a small anemone from the Mediterranean that looked like a small GBTA. Ended up cleaning them all out.

I'd suggest keeping an eye on your guy, and if he splits when he's about the size of a silver dollar......make a decisions what you want to do with them.

Thanks for your reply. It's been A year. Hardly grow at all. IT has splite once about the same size. Thats why i am so confused with majano.
