Majestic Angel colors fading

This has been going on for about twenty four hours. His colors around his face are very blotchy. Appetite has also been down for about two weeks. Trying all sorts of food to entice him. I have had him for about three years. Any thoughts?

What is your water peram's, it looks like it from his surroundings cause the discoloring and lost of appetite.

Has this discoloration come on suddenly or gradually? Looks like a bacterial infection, but I wanna be sure its not just HLLE.
