Major Apex Classic Problems

So, on December 13th, the graphs on my Fusion screen stopped updating. No biggie...I was still getting realtime data. I opened a ticket with Apex support. They wanted me to login to the classic interface to see if those were updating, and they were not. I tried to reset the system through the interface, now nothing seems to work.

The Kessils are not getting control voltage from the unit. The unit will not connect to the internet. I'm getting no temperature or pH data, and it looks like one of my heaters is on. Please send me suggestions, if you have them!

I guess the base unit just died. All I did was reset it through the interface. I get no feedback on the display and no internet, pH or temperature data.

I'm currently waiting on their reply. I don't think they'll be able to do much as I can't even connect to the unit over Ethernet.
