Makeshift powerhead rock scrubber

Does anyone use a powerhead improvised to baste their rock work? Loo for some type of setup to make this easy and safe for a large tank.

I just hold an mj1200 in my hand. No attachments, but my tank is much smaller than yours. If you're not trying to climb up a step ladder and reach in, you could probably rig up some sort of rock blasting wand made out of pvc pipes.
