I’m returning to the hobby. Last tank I had was a biocube in 2015. I have a 90 gallon with a 36 gallon trigger systems sump. I’m looking for some advice to buy equipment. I need lights, pump, skimmer, controller. Any feedback would be great.

Glad to hear you're getting back into it.
Kind of a broad question. You could go T5s w/ LED supplement...or go straight up LEDs. Are you looking into getting a controller like an Apex? Some of the powerheads are big and bulky...and some are more flush/compact. Preference on that?
Maybe check out some build threads and see what others are using on their tanks. Best way to see how things look in action.
I have a 90g and have 5 T5s w/ a SBReef SBar actinic LED bar. 2 Jebao PP8 pumps for flow. Reef Octopus skimmer and return pump, and full Apex system running w/ DOS doing awc and BRS dosing pumps for alk/cal/mag dosing.
