So I have for versa dosing Pumps and having to replace the dosing tube after it wears out so fast is a bit annoying. I’m having to replace some ever 3 months, with at 18$ each that adds up over time. Anyways I pulled a couple of them apart and it appears to use 3/8“ OD silicone tubing with two single ear metal clamps. Seems pretty simple to make. Has anyone done this by chance? Thanks

I would replace it with Pharmed tubing, made for peristaltic pumps.
You need to measure the IO, & OD & that will also give you the wall thickness.

From Amazon, something like this can work as well, the tube will still wear out but the cost goes way down

You do not need to cut to clamps. You can slide them off, reuse them, and slide them back on the replacement tubing. The Tygon is a perfect replacement.

Those are Oetiker clamps which you install using a pincer tool. Normally, you cut them off and don't reuse them but silicone tubing is more slippery than usual so you can get away with it. I use the clamps wherever hose clamps are too bulky. The typical real world use is on silicone tubing inside beverage machines.

This is the tubing Parker used on the video. I ordered some the same size and type.
Where is the link to the tubing you used? I can find it, but in large quantities. If someone did purchase this in a large spool, let me know if they'd like to sell some of it.
