Making waves with an aquamai kps power head

I'm trying to get my new power head set up and was wanting to see some corals waving back and forth I'm new to a programmable power heads I've just used a hydor that was on constantly trying to figure out how to get the power and duration set up on wave mode to see some waving back and forth any suggestions I have a water box 20 cube mixed reef but it's mostly lps and softie tank

Maybe start with a pulse mode, for strong but short bursts. Best wishes!
