I've been noticing that when I get a zoa morph, it is usually only one polyp with the morph and there are two other kinds of zoas. With one of my morphs there were Orange Bam Bams and another type of zoa that I forgot; and my most recent one was with Fire and Ice zoas and some ugly unnamed zoas. Each grouping of zoas had around 15 polyps (15 orange Bam Bam, 15 of the other). So is it possible to create your own zoa morph by simply putting two different zoas togethor, and letting them grow-out or have I just been that lucky?

Most of the time they will morph to either one or the other even if they start out looking different. Back in the day when we were club zoa we had a local guy who was extracting and re-injecting Zooxanthellae into different palys and zoas. :D
