As the title said, is it ok for me to get a Mame overflow for my 150 gallon penninsula tank ? Because I love the nice and clear look that it provides, instead of drilling my tank to make a drain and covering it again with black background.
So, is it ok for the flowrate from the display tank to the sump and from the return back to the DP kind of slower, like 550 gallons/hr ? I don't mind the algae growing from inside of it, I will clean it weekly anyway. I'm more concern about the flow. I'm currently have 2 MP40 on opposite sides of the tank, still thinking to get one more gyre because it gonna be SPS dominat. The flow inside of the DP will be enough for the coral I think...
