So I ordered a Algae Turf Scrubber from BRS (order 1102560775)

UPS did it's UPS thing and....

BRS usual good customer service sends me out a replacement. They have me take 7 photos of all sides of the box and the damaged merch.

Ok cool I move on with it.

A couple days later the UPS app updates to say they are sending some out to look at the damage. Mind you I wasn't told about this or called or emailed. Only that I noticed it in the app looking at the other shipment.

Nothing is scheduled with me, no calls or email again.
Today I see this....

Now mind you still didn't know when this was planned and I work but my spouse was home. "No I never heard the bell."

Lets see. Time stamp 12:16. Let's check the footage.

I watched the UPS truck drive by my house one day without even stopping and the tracking updated that delivery attempted, no one was available for delivery! That was when you could watch the GPS update of the truck your package was on. So I knew the truck was coming and was waiting for it.... Funny how the GPS thing isn't available by me anymore.

Ordered a tv, first one had a clean boot print on one side as if it was stepped on. Yep it was shattered. Second one had a puncture hole in the side of the box, display cracked inside. Yep 0 for 2 with tv deliveries on that order. Third one I ordered from Best Buy instead and picked it up myself.

How strange and frustrating; I'm sorry to hear about all of the hassle.

I'm not sure why they're trying to "deliver" this package again. The replacement order gets an entirely different tracking number. Looks like that is scheduled to arrive today by the end of the day. The SECOND that you mention to UPS that you have security footage, watch them do a quick 180 on what they tell you.
It’s honestly the only way to get them to listen to you is make them know you have video footage.
