So designing my return line plumbing plan on using the Neptune pump with 1 1/4 in line coming out should the manafold be the same size or smaller??

The 1.25" is coming out of the pump?

If possible, you want the manifold to be as big as possible.

So yes I plan on using the cor 20 1.25” piping option all way to return over flow where it becomes smaller size at 3/4” for pipes back into tank.
