mandarin dead from aquarium fish sale

guys,
I got a captive bread madarin from https://www.aquariumfishsale.com/
The fish arrived alive, I spent over 1h to slowly acclimate the fish
the fish was hiding all the time time under the rock, not event eating
after 2 days I found it dead !, no signs for attack or something
is that place bad to buy from them?
did transport stressed the fish?

Transported fish die for a wide variety of reasons. IMHO, especially fish that prefer live food. Is this vendor more susceptible to shipping fish that die... impossible to tell. What is their policy for replacement? How was their price for the fish? It may have been captive bred, but was it eating anything other than live food?
