Mandarin emergency!

My brand new mandarin ive had about a week now has what i think is cotton wool disease. Its now rolled over due to flow in tank. My lfs is closed for another 2 weeks is there anything i can do or is it too late? Should i just pull him out now and be done with it....

So sorry to see you go through this. Cotton wool disease usually starts from a previous condition.

How old is your tank?

What are your parameters?

Do you have a large pod population to support a manderin? Could he possibly have starved

My tank is about 4 months old i stocked the pods and they are visibly everywhere all over the glass
He was brand new to the lfs and has been in my tank for a week..
