Hello everyone.
I wanted to pick your brains on a question I had for a mandarin. I will be getting a biota mandarin but they come in really really tiny, half inch to an inch. I'm worried my large 5 inch coral banded shrimp will try to go after it.
What would the pros and cons be of putting it in my 15 gallon refugium for a while to fatten it up and let it put on size?
For reference, my tank is a 150 gallon display with 30 gallon sump. And about half of the sump is the refugium. It's well seeded with pods and the Mandarin eats frozen cyclops. I'm just worried about predation.
Any advice would be appreciated
