Mandarin Goby???

I have a 60 gallon aquarium with an emerald crab and three small anemones. I would like to get a Mandarin Goby, but I'm not sure. I have heard of people's emerald crabs attacking their Mandarins and others have said their anemones have eaten them. Would an emerald crab and an anemone kill a Mandarin Goby?

The risk of not obtaining a fat specimen or not having enough pods to keep a mandarin well feed out weighs the risk of either an emerald crab or anemone harming a mandarin. Mandarins like many other fish seem to have an inherent sense that they should avoid anemones, an emerald would have to be big to take down a healthy fish. Make sure the emerald is well fed and I would not see the crab as a risk.

Your tank could sustain one if you have enough live rock and a fuge, but keep in mind w/ 3 nems there is not a lot of swim space and while they do seem to know to avoid them they will always be in close proximity.
An emerald should pose no harm.
Also just FYI, a mandarin is a dragonette, not a goby.

Yea in that size tank the number of Pods most likely wouldn't support a mandarin. Only thing you can do is buy pods and add them weekly which would become pretty expensive
