Mandarin has a bite or sting.? Bump on throat.

My little girl has a bump on her lower jaw./ throat area.
We noticed about 2 weeks ago didn't seem to affect her behavior or eating. We do have bristle worms and usual bugs. So I'm assuming it's a sting from digging around looking for snacks.
She's been in the tank for months etc.

The bump has been solid perfect dome until the last day or so when it started to form a clear second bump over the top. Like a blister.
I've looked very close up with a loupe and see no spots sting marks legs sticking out or external parasite on the skin.
He behavior has not changed. Eating the same etc.
from her behavior and the appearance and change in the bump it still appears to be a healing wound or sting, but as a concerned fish dad I'm worried.
Sorry the pics aren't better. She swam 3in from my nose with a loupe on my eye so I saw the bump close up but swims off as soon as I get the camera up.

Any redness at all? I would be inclined to just let it heal in the DT. Does your mandy eat pellets or frozen at all? You could soak those in vitamin supplements (exs. Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem) to help expedite the healing process.

No redness. Surprised at how accurate the pics look on the desk top.
She eats frozen well, little pickier than our FatBoy Mandarin. But she acts normal.
I think we have some selcon. We put garlic in the house blend mash FWIW.
I figured it was a wait and see.
